With Fitness Bible for Women-Live you work in the run-up to the holidays on losing weight, getting tighter and fitter, but above all on a new healthy lifestyle that is easy to maintain.
Developing a healthy lifestyle takes time, so we're starting now so you know what to do during the holidays and beyond. 2013 will be your year.
How does it work?
The free program will start on Monday 19 November, led by coach Marije de Vries. You will receive an inspiring e-mail from her every week, until December 31, 2012.
The emails are full of information and assignments about a new healthy(er) lifestyle, losing weight, getting tighter and fitter and of course also how to get through the holidays without too much 'damage'.

Is it something for me?
The program is suitable for everyone. You don't have to be a member of a sports club. You experience that healthy living is absolutely not a punishment and that sports can also be enjoyable. Participation is free.
