The WHO (Organization World Health Organization) has defined BMI as a standard for detecting problems related to overweight or malnutrition in humans.
It is an indicator that therefore makes it possible to highlight possible health risks.

BMI =weight in kg/Height² in m. For example, I am 1.60 m for 50 kg. I take out my calculator and type in 50/1.60² =19.5 . My BMI is 19.5.
The result obtained is always a number between 16.5 and 40. Then, by reporting the result obtained in the table below, we can assess the risk to our health, and our possible need for a diet.
