Don't drink alcohol

Shots of liqueur are not often much better, a single shot glass of whiskey is good for a whopping 150 calories. The same goes for wine. Get more sleep Sleep is your body's natural way of adjusting your hormone and metabolism levels. If you don't get enough sleep, your body isn't processing the best calories. You're also more likely to snack if you're a night owl.
Eat breakfast Studies have shown that at least 20 grams of protein in the morning has an overwhelming positive effect on both your metabolism and feeling full all day long. A light breakfast of eggs (8-10g of protein each) is usually more than enough if you're the type of person who normally skips breakfast.
Find lighter recipes Some avid exercisers are practically devoted to the fine art of recreating their favorite meals and desserts in low-calorie, high-protein, and most importantly, flavorful alternatives. Even something as seemingly counterintuitive as cheesecake can be recreated with protein powder, no-fat cream cheese, and other ingredients. If it can be done with this, it can be done with anything.
Drink water Very simple, but dehydration can lead to a false sense of hunger, which leads to you eating more often. Staying hydrated keeps you more satisfied with your meal, in addition to helping your body balance acidity and create a more conductive environment for your health and weight loss.
Add to your diet
And the best easy way to lose weight. Taking away food you love is a great recipe for disaster. Rather than denying yourself your favorites, take dieting as an opportunity to find new foods to add to, or replace sweets with fruits and yogurt. When in doubt, go for spicy.
