With these tips you can prepare your healthy lunch for tomorrow today.
1. Make sure you have basic ingredients at home
When you have the basic ingredients at home, it becomes easier to prepare a meal. Think of various herbs, tomato puree, whole-wheat wraps and meat in the freezer.
2. Cook some extra in the evening for tomorrow's lunch
As you make dinner, immediately prepare lunch for the next day. Couscous salad is easy to make. Let the couscous soak, cook some extra vegetables and grill some extra chicken. Mix it with the couscous and season with herbs. Of course you can also eat leftovers from dinner for lunch, that way it really takes almost no extra time.
3. Put your lunch in a take-away container You'll probably be in a rush tomorrow morning, so get your lunch ready in the fridge. And put a reminder in your phone, so you don't forget your lunch. There are trays with different compartments. This way you can take the dressing separately and all ingredients will still remain crunchy until tomorrow.
4. Start small
Don't want too much right away. It would be very helpful if you prepared all your lunches for the whole week today. You can, but chances are you won't last more than a week. Practice makes perfect:start preparing lunch for one or two days today, once you get the hang of it, it's a lot easier to prepare even more in one sitting.
