Are your bed habits good or bad for your night's sleep?
1. Sleep-inducing:reading a book
Reading a fiction book is the most sleep-inducing thing you can do in bed. Away from the real world, so hopefully all worries will soon disappear from your mind.
2. Calming:sex
Sex brings peace to the bedroom. The endorphins that are released in your body during sex is a great sleep aid for most people.
3. At your own risk:watch television
Even if the screen is far from your bed, by watching a movie or series under the wool, you don't fall asleep one, two, three. This is due to the blue light that a screen gives off.
4. Bad habit:lying in bed with your phone
Take your phone to bed for a game or to send messages. It may distract your mind, but all those beeps and noises will keep you up late into the night.
5. Wide awake guarantee:read emails from work
Read emails, especially those from work. This stirs up emotions and if you're trying to get to sleep, you don't want to deal with daily worries.
