We all know you have to drink 1.5 liters of water per day.
But how can you be sure that you have really drunk 1.5 liters of water during the day?
Unless you have a built-in water meter in your mouth, it seems difficult.
The trick is to take 2 bottles and write on them the times you need to drink water:
1. Take 2 bottles or 2 water bottles.
2. Write on it the times of the day when you should drink.
3. Fill water bottles or water bottles.
There you go, now you know how much water you drank today.
It can also be used to know if your children are drinking enough water during the day.
