You train your whole body with it and get a big adrenaline boost from it:mountain biking. However, there are a number of things that you should not do while mountain biking. Below you will find five.
- Mountain biking without cycling shorts:saddle soreness guaranteed.
- Going too fast. Start slow and build up your pace.
- Take a slope in the heaviest gear. Switch back or up in time.
- Too much leaning forward when making a descent. During a descent, stand slightly on your pedals, straighten your arms and lean back with your weight.
- Go over the head. You prevent this by braking with your left and right brakes at the same time and with a 'pumping' movement.
