These five things have a bad influence on your sleep.
1. Fatty food It takes a lot of effort for your body to digest fat. That can cause abdominal pain.
2. Working When you have something to prepare for the next morning, it can be reassuring to work after dinner. Try to put down your work on time to prevent yourself from thinking about deadlines in bed.
3. Drinking coffee
Avoid other drinks with caffeine.
4. An intensive training
Enough exercise benefits your sleep, but doing too intensive training such as cardio too close to bedtime has the opposite effect.
5. Getting emotionally unnecessarily
You should never go to bed arguing, but it's better not to have a difficult phone call that can wait until tomorrow just before going to sleep. Emotional films and series can also negatively affect your sleep.
