You don't need hours for it.
1. Plan healthy meals throughout the week
Because you don't look at your meals per day but per week, you can plan varied meals. You can do the shopping in one go and if you stick to the schedule, you eat healthy all week. Occasional sin is of course allowed.
2. Stretch at work
Do you have a job where you sit a lot? With some yoga exercises you loosen yourself in between.
3. Cook with old garlic
Old garlic is healthier than fresh garlic. Now that we know, we'll use that fact to our advantage.
4. Make the most of your lunch break
The lunch break is your time. Don't be afraid to step away from your desk, go outside, read a book, learn something new or knit a piece.
5. Give your ears a massage Your ears are sensitive, it's no coincidence that your earlobes are an erogenous zone. Many nerves come together in your ears, which are connected to different parts of the body and organs. Ear acupuncture uses that. Massaging your ears has an effect after just a minute. It can, among other things, reduce stress and make you more alert.
6. Buy eclipse glasses There will be a solar eclipse on Friday and the eclipse glasses are sold out in many places. Try to find one more. The sun may be mostly covered, but the sunlight is extremely bright and can cause eye damage if you look at it for a few seconds.
7. Don't watch television for an evening
Besides that you have chosen to hang out on the couch instead of doing something active, watching television has another disadvantage:you often eat something tasty with it and that is not good for the line. Which program you watch in the meantime determines how much of it you eat.
