1. You touched your face with your hands

While you actually wanted to complete your administration, you have already checked Facebook three times, you click on every pop-up in your mail and in the meantime you take a look at your mobile phone. Put everything away, turn it off, possibly download an app to temporarily block websites. Focus on what needs to be done and then reward yourself with a well-deserved break.
