Think all food should go in the fridge?
Well, know that it is not!
Whether it's vegetables, fruit or other everyday items, some things shouldn't be put in the fridge.
And since the fridge is one of the appliances that consume the most at home, your electricity bill will be happy.
Here are 10 things you shouldn't put in the fridge anymore:
Hot sauce does not need to be refrigerated.
It can be kept quietly in the cupboard for up to 3 years.
By putting the potatoes in the fridge, you deteriorate their taste. It's still a shame, isn't it?
Also, don't store them in a plastic bag because the moisture gets stuck inside. As a result, they rot faster.
Instead, keep them in newspaper instead.
The refrigerator speeds up the drying of the bread.
Keep the amount you need at room temperature for up to 4 days.
Put the rest of the bread in the freezer.
Do not put the onions in the fridge!
Onions can be stored for several months in a perforated paper bag.
Why ? Because it allows air to circulate around the onions.
You should also know that they should not be placed near potatoes because they emit a gas which causes them to rot.
And yes, don't put the batteries in the fridge hoping they last longer!
Very high or very low temperature may decrease battery performance.

Garlic doesn't need to be refrigerated either.
Simply put it out of the light in the pantry for example.
Store it loose so air can circulate around it. It can easily be kept for 2 months like this.
Tomatoes should not be placed in the fridge at the risk of making them floury.
Leave them in the open air without a plastic bag in a salad bowl.
To ripen them faster, place them in newspaper.
Once ripe, they will keep for about 3 days.
The refrigerator and the freezer create condensation.
This condensation changes the flavor of the coffee whether it is in beans or ground.
It is therefore best to store your coffee in an airtight tupperware in a dark cupboard.
If you leave your nail polish in the refrigerator, it may thicken.
Store it at room temperature avoiding exposure to sunlight.
Squashes don't need to be refrigerated to keep for a long time.
Whether it's butternut squash, spaghetti or any other kind, they can be stored without worry for 1 month in the pantry.
