1. Nice and spicy
Flavor your meal? Instead of a (often greasy) sauce, opt for fresh spices, such as spicy peppers. Very tasty and super healthy. Chili pepper contains no less than twice as much vitamin C as an orange and is rich in antioxidants, carotene and minerals.
