Chew each bite at least 30 times
And we really mean literally 30 times. We are no longer used to chewing well. Especially with fast food or cooked food it is all too often a bite to eat. Nevertheless, chewing for a long time has great benefits. You make enzymes that are necessary to properly digest your food. And because your meal lasts longer, you notice in time when you are full. There is a good chance that you will eat less and you will notice that in the long run.
