The best way to be hungry is to skip meals. It is really very important to make breakfast, lunch and dinner.
It allows you to rebalance your diet, because you vary the pleasures. By eating three meals a day , you are less hungry because you eat at regular intervals .
At each meal you have a little bread and starchy foods that satiate without making you fat, in reasonable quantities.
It is known:drinking fills the stomach and therefore reduces the feeling of hunger. To eat less, drink a large glass of water . You can also drink hot tea or iced tea (homemade iced tea is super good).
Fruit are also a good natural and delicious anti-snacking solution. When you feel a little peckish in the morning or in the afternoon, eat an apple or a banana, instead of taking cakes! It will calm hunger, without making you fat!
Otherwise, there is also 0% cottage cheese for small cravings. To be eaten without sugar of course, so as not to gain weight!
When going shopping for the week, avoid buying cakes, crisps and chocolate bars. It's hard to resist a chocolate break in front of the TV. So don't tempt fate:avoid filling your cupboards with these sweets!
