The Santé editorial team is participating in the National Sugar Challenge:a week of food and drink without added sugars. That's how it is now.
Editor-in-chief Annalot (44):“Today the first real dip. During a drink with friends (yes, most wines also contain alcohol – I know) I first manage to munch on some cucumber and carrots (placed in front of the shape, if someone is on the line). But then my hand swings naturally to the bin with chips. And nice that it is!”
“A voice in my head mumbles something about a sugar challenge, but I ignore it and bet the joker. It's been going well all week, so I think I've earned it. That too is unfortunately something that sticks to sugar for me. I associate it with reward and conviviality. That proves again today. Another attempt tomorrow.”
