So glad you got your driver's license! What a freedom that gives! One thing still bothers you:how do you make sure you stay fit now that you drive to work in that car?
After much deliberation, you have purchased a nice car, you have spent time comparing car insurance policies and you have everything in order. At least… you still have one thing:how can you ensure that you still have a healthy lifestyle, now that you spend more time in the car?
First of all, make sure you take a bottle of water with you for the journey. Water initiates quite a few physical processes. Avoid sugary fruit juices.
Do not bring sweets and leave energy bars at home. Energy bars are full of sugars and are useful if you have completed an entire triathlon, but not for working away in between.
It's best to have breakfast at home, but if that doesn't work, opt for a healthy sandwich during the car ride. Do not opt for the ready-to-use, oh so handy flavored yogurt packets. Those are sugar bombs.
The mind also wants something and then it is nice to listen to your favorite music or a podcast. The podcast is currently popular and they are all too popular.
