When brushing, flossing and firing don't help.
1. Chew parsley Chew a parsley stalk after your meal and you'll have fresh breath in no time. Mint, watercress and fennel seeds can also counteract the bad taste in your mouth.
2. Brush your tongue
Brush not only your teeth, but also your tongue, palate and the inside of your cheeks. This removes a lot of bacteria from your mouth that can cause bad breath. You can easily clean your tongue with a tongue scraper.
3. Rinse with vinegar It doesn't seem very tasty, but it is efficient. Rinsing your mouth with vinegar diluted with water will dissolve all the tartar and clean hard-to-reach areas in your mouth. And those spots can sometimes cause unpleasant odors. Do not use this method too often or rinse for too long. Vinegar is very acidic and can damage your tooth enamel.
Sometimes bad breath can be caused by an underlying health problem, for example a liver or kidney disease or inflamed tonsils.
