2. Most soft drinks contain a lot of sugar. Do you want to cut back on sugar? Then it is a good move to leave soft drinks behind.

Steps to quit
Week 1
Do you really drink a lot of soda? Then it can be difficult to quit cold turkey. You don't want to fall back on your old habits. Therefore, try to cut down first or possibly switch to diet soda.
Additional tip: Make sure you eat enough products with L-glutamine, which is a substance that ensures that you have less appetite for sugar. You get L-glutamine in, among other things, by eating eggs, beans and fish.
Week 2
Drink only soft drinks that do not contain caffeine and preferably no sugar this week. In addition, try to decrease further.
