On one spot
The app Do I need to go to the doctor? won the award and first place in the audience award. Based on a number of specific questions, the app assesses whether you should go to the doctor with your complaints.
Incentive Award
An incentive prize was also awarded. This went to OWise, an app in which breast cancer patients can keep track of how they feel and how they respond to the treatments.
More apps
A total of 10 apps were nominated. Including MemoMedic, an app that reminds you to take your medication and In-Balanz, an app with exercises and tips for people with breathing problems due to stress or anxiety.
