No less than 54 percent of the Dutch consider the approaching outbreak of the swine flu worrisome. Almost 90 percent see working on a good resistance as an important weapon to keep the virus at bay.
About 70 percent of the Dutch say they plan to work on the resistance right now. This is apparent from an online research by Panelwizard commissioned by A. Vogel †
Healthy eating and adequate rest
Nearly 75 percent of people are often or regularly engaged in increasing their resistance. Providing a healthy and varied diet is with 84 percent the most popular way to maintain a good resistance to work.
Followed by sufficient drinking (more than 70 percent), enough sleep (almost 70 percent) and sufficient relaxation (more than 50 percent). And although 57 percent of the Dutch think that the media is already paying too much attention to the Swine flu spending, almost 60 percent of people indicate that they need more tips and advice to reduce the risk of getting the flu.
