Spending long hours behind a desk?
Then surely you have already had lower back pain.
Low back pain is unfortunately very common, especially in sedentary people.
Fortunately, there are remedies to help you get rid of those lower back pains.
Whether you have a feeling of stiffness, continuous pain or muscle spasms, the following stretches will help you keep your back fit and strong. Watch:
Hold this position for 30 seconds. Do this twice for each leg.
This stretch helps strengthen and relax your glutes. Hold this position for 20 seconds. Do this twice for each leg.
This stretch was one of my favorites when I was suffering from sciatica. Hold this position for 20 seconds. Then do the same with the other knee. Do this exercise as many times as you want.
Hold this position for 30 seconds and repeat the same exercise with the other leg.
Hold for 30 seconds then switch legs and repeat.
Hold the position for 30 seconds on each side. Do this exercise twice for each leg.
Hold this position for 30 seconds and then do this stretch:
Hold this position for 10 seconds on each side.
There you go, with these 7 stretches you will relieve your lower back pain :-)
And all this in less than 7 minutes!
Do these exercises at least once a day. The best is to do it 2 times, once in the morning and once in the evening.
