Postural strengthening and stretching

Perform the following exercises:

Relaxation

Lie on your back , knees bent and arms comfortably extended on either side of the body. Focus your full attention on the breath again.

Then focus on your feet and then move your attention slowly up your body to mentally explore your calves, then your legs, lower back, abs, upper back, shoulders, neck ( lower neck) and finally your arms and forearms, down to your fingers.
