If you suffer from horrible back pain, I have in my bag an old trick from grandma to fix it quickly.
To soothe little back pain, there's nothing like a good little grandmother's trick to get back in shape.
To do this trick you need an old sock and two tennis balls.
Take the sock, insert your two tennis balls inside and tie a knot.
This funny thing you have in your hands will allow you to ease the pain that you feel in your spine.
To do this, separate the 2 tennis balls by a few centimeters, making sure to have a ball on each side of your spine.
Position yourself against a wall, then slowly slide them down your back, taking care to breathe deeply. This method of self-massage should have you feeling better within minutes.
