During a good meal, I often tend to refill several times. I found a solution to avoid the extra pounds and cut my hunger:I chew mint gum!
mint chewing gum (which is a natural appetite suppressant) is a good ally to help me lower my calorie intake at each meal.
Indeed, chewing it makes my body understand that I am already eating. But since I don't swallow anything, I don't get the calories that go with it. The production of digestive juices announces the activation digestion and gives me the psychological impression of having eaten.
It cuts my hunger naturally and avoids the sudden urge to refill this good tartiflette. The fact of having already eaten a little is enough to activate the appetite suppressant process of chewing gum.
As for the dessert, it is already forgotten...
During the meal, if I have already eaten enough, and my mother-in-law forces me to take another bite of this succulent tarte tatin / vanilla ice cream / salted butter caramel, I chew a piece of gum and I have no more hungry at all. Radical!
And if you're invited to a gourmet buffet, you can even chew some gum before to arrive. This reduces your appetite by 25% for the whole evening. Indeed, it is often when you enter the room, that you see all its good things to eat, that it is difficult to resist... but as you chew your gum during this time- there, no more excess!
This method is certainly effective. The only concern is the aspartame contained in the chewing gum. Not recommended for health, it is better not to make it a habit and only use this advice occasionally.
That's why I only use this trick when I'm invited to a big meal, and all the dishes are tempting.
It's a good way to save my line at a given moment, so as not to have lost all my sporting efforts for the week.
Did you know this little secret to reduce your hunger and keep the line? What do you do to avoid overeating at each meal? Give me your tips in the comments, so we can all keep fit!
