Sleep well is essential to be in good shape all day. To know everything about sleep, follow the guide!
I don't know about you but I've always had little trouble sleeping well at night and I might as well tell you that I've had sleepless nights.
But, I now know that there are certain rules to respect to benefit from a restful sleep.
First of all, we are not all equal when it comes to sleep. And yes, there are big and small sleepers of which I am a part.
The average hour of sleep is 7:30 but nothing is fixed. To control your sleep it is up to you to assess whether you are in the morning or in the evening.
If you're more of a morning person, you'll have no trouble going to bed around 10-11 p.m., while if you're an evening person, you'll tend to stay up later.
In both cases the bedroom where you are going to sleep must be a place dedicated to sleep and nothing else. Calm is essential, banish everything that can harm your sleep, cell phone of course, but also TV and computer.
The temperature temperature should be between 18 and 20°C. One of the most important things is to go to bed as soon as the first signs of sleep are felt.
To sleep well avoid overeating in the evening and stop all physical activity one hour before bedtime.
Finally, be aware that sleep is also prepared during the day, try to find moments of relaxation and expose yourself to daylight as much as possible in order to effectively synchronize your biological clock.
Good night little ones;-)
