How to quickly relieve a wasp sting with a cigarette.

You got stung by a wasp?

It often happens in the garden or when having a picnic.

The concern is that the pain is very painful, especially for children.

Fortunately, a doctor friend gave me a great trick to quickly reduce the pain of a needle.

Its effective remedy is to use the heat of a cigarette . Look, it's quite simple:

How to

1. Take a cigarette.

2. Turn it on.

3. Gently approach the tip of the cigarette to the sting.

4. Leave the cigarette as close to the sting as possible for a few seconds.

5. Retry the operation if necessary.

Result

There you go, you have quickly relieved the pain inflicted by the wasp sting :-)

No more throbbing pain! Also very practical for calming children who have been bitten.

Know that instead of the cigarette, you can also use a match, a candle, a lighter or even a hair dryer. What is important is the heat.

This stuff works for wasp stings but also bee stings. And it doesn't matter where the bite is, whether it's on a finger, hand, arm, leg, foot or thigh.

Why does it work?

Some venoms are said to be "thermolabile", that is to say that an increase in temperature near the bite makes it possible to break down or even "coagulate" the venom.

If the pain has not completely disappeared, it is largely reduced and will disappear completely the next day.

Be aware that it is important to use this treatment immediately after being bitten, otherwise the coagulating effect of heat on the venom does not work.

Precautions

You have to place the cigarette a few millimeters from the wound (be careful, not ON IT! It's not a question of burning yourself!) and let the heat spread over the venom for a few seconds.

Obviously, if you see that the pain is accentuated in the following hours and that the bite swells, go to your doctor.
