I know you love treating your big ailments and your little sores with little natural things that date from our grandmothers.
So, when my lovely neighbor came back from his rugby training with a sprain, I immediately thought of a tip for him, and so... I'm giving it to you too!
Because I love you even more than my nice neighbor!
Choose the cabbage you prefer:green or red , no matter. And, after washing and wiping the leaves, remove the central rib from them.
Then, crush these leaves well and apply several thicknesses on the sprain. Cover the cabbage with a cloth (dishtowel style) then a strip , which you don't overtighten.
Keep this poultice for a few hours, such as overnight, or on the couch for a Sunday afternoon. Well, it can happen that suddenly, it does not smell very good. But it's normal .
Repeat this operation for a few days.
