1. Get some garlic seeds to sprout.
2. Put them in the fridge for twelve hours.
3. Soak them six to eight hours in water.
4. Take them out of the water and wring them out.
5. Then germinate them in a sprouter or glass jar for 5-7 days.
There you go, you can enjoy your sprouted garlic seeds without any digestion problem :-)
You should know that you can easily find garlic seeds to germinate in organic stores, packaged in trays, in the fresh section.
But the best is still to buy seeds and grow them at home. It's cheap and easy to do as we have seen above. And if you have kids, they'll find it great fun.
