Dried beans are delicious. But it is sometimes indigestible.
We would like to be able to digest them better, simply by preparing them in the ideal way.
Fortunately, this grandmother's trick exists!
It consists of cooking the dried beans in 2 stages:

1. Cook your dried beans in boiling salted water for only 5 minutes.
2. Turn off the heat and leave the beans for 1 hour in this water.
3. Drain this water and cook your beans again for about 20 minutes, in a little water (enough to cover them) and a drizzle of olive oil.
This trick also allows you to save energy. Because, instead of cooking them over low heat for more than 1 hour, you only use your gas stove for about 30 minutes.
