When you are constantly hungry while on a diet, something goes wrong. It is important that you continue to eat enough, for your health and to keep your metabolism going.
However, there is nothing wrong with a little bit of hunger. After a good meal, your body has fuel for a few hours. It is quite normal to feel a little hungry as the next meal approaches. It's a sign that your body needs nutrients again.
Yet hunger and weight loss are closely related. Especially when you are just starting a new diet, you may feel hungry more often. At first you don't know how much food you need to make it until the next meal.
If you are not used to feeling hungry, it will take some getting used to. See a slight feeling of hunger as a sign that your body is consuming the calories instead of storing them.
