2. Painkillers
When do you choose this? If you suffer a lot from the burn, you can take painkillers such as ibuprofen, diclofenac, naproxen or aspirin. Painkillers have an anti-inflammatory effect and make the redness and heat disappear. Take them as needed and according to the advice in the enclosed information. Stop taking these drugs once the pain and redness has subsided or disappeared.

3. After sun

After cooling the burned skin. Sunburn creates many free radicals, aggressive harmful substances, in the skin. These substances can accelerate skin aging and increase the risk of skin cancer.
How do you do that?
Immediately after cooling you can rub the skin and care for it with a cream or special aftersun that contains antioxidants. Avoid a cream that is too greasy, because it retains the heat in the skin.

Some scientists say antioxidants may be the sunscreens of the future. They appear to play an important role in protecting your skin against sun damage.'
How do you do that?
Vegetables and fruits are important after a sunburn. So eat this extra. Examples of antioxidant suppliers include tomatoes, citrus fruits, berries, sweet potato, parsley, spinach, and dried fruit. Drinking green tea also provides a lot of antioxidants.
