Tips to prevent stomach complaints
– Wash your hands before eating anything.

– Do you know that you are sensitive to water from other countries? To be on the safe side, avoid ice cubes and lettuce that has been washed with tap water.
– Do you order food from a place on the street? Make sure that the food is fresh and has not been ready for a while.
– Do you suffer from diarrhea or vomiting? Continue to drink enough water and if necessary take an ORS solution.
