Live longer by jogging

Jogging for an hour a week will make you live six years longer.

Research
Researchers at Bispebjerg University Hospital conducted a survey of about 20,000 men and women between the ages of 20 and 93; the Copenhagen City Heart Study. Afterwards, they could not only conclude that an hour of jogging per week gives you no less than six extra years of life, but also that a moderate workout is better than an extreme one.

Other benefits
Other benefits of jogging also emerged during the study. For example, sport stimulates improved oxygen uptake, less obesity, healthier heart and blood vessels, lowered blood pressure and better psychological health. You don't need more reasons to get started, do you?
