Do you have lower back pain?
It is very painful and can be disabling.
The muscle called "square des lombes" is often the cause of this pain.
It is a muscle that is located in the abdomen, at the level of the lumbar.
Fortunately, there is an effective remedy to stop this pain.
The solution is to stretch this muscle every day . Don't worry, you don't have to be flexible. Watch:
1. Sit on the ground.
2. Spread your legs. The legs should be straight.
3. Straighten the bust towards the ceiling as if you wanted to make it bigger.
4. Raise your left arm above your head. The shoulders remain low.
5. Stretch it towards the ceiling.
6. Bend your left arm and torso over your right leg, as if you wanted to touch your right foot with your left hand. Your arm should go over your head, not in front of your face.
7. Repeat the same exercise on the other side.
Lo and behold, by doing this stretch every day, that lower back pain should disappear within a few weeks :-)
Note: during this stretch, your buttocks should not come off the floor. If your hand doesn't touch your foot, it's okay . The important thing is to stretch the muscle.
It is true that this stretching takes a little time every day. But it's still better than suffering for days, isn't it?
Warning: If the pain in your back is severe, you shouldn't make any effort. Your muscle may be inflamed. It is best to consult a doctor.
