How to

1st stretch (photo 1): Put your arms behind your back and pull one of your wrists while tilting your head to the opposite side. Do the same with the other arm.

2nd stretch (photo 2): Cross your legs and place your hands on your head, pressing gently.

3rd stretch (photo 3): Sit at the end of your chair, and hold the chair with your hands. Raise your chest, lift your chest and raise your head to the sky.

4th stretch (photo 4): Put one arm behind your head and the other behind your back. Grab your fingers and hold this position for a few seconds.
