Tarragon is the pollen allergen you need. That's because it contains couramin and flavones that fight hay fever.
Put 3 drops of tarragon essential oil on a handkerchief, inhale 3 times a day.

Thyme helps expectorate naturally. That is, it helps to cough and decongest the airways.
Two solutions are available to you:

- Put 50 g of dried elderflower in 1 liter of water.
