The effective remedy to soothe the pain is salt, salt and nothing but salt for your wounds without tearing:
1 . Pour 2 liters of cold water into a basin.
2 . Add 2 handfuls of coarse gray salt.
3 . Bathe your foot, wrist... for 15 min.
4 . Wrap your joint in a not too tight bandage.
Here is ! This avoids heat applications and massages which tend to arouse the pain even more!
For a faster effect, you can keep your joint elevated for 30 min.
