If you have a little too much cholesterol, I'm sure you're watching your diet and have an appropriate treatment, which your doctor has prescribed for you. These are of course excellent reflexes.
But there is one little thing that you may not know, or think about...
Several studies have shown the benefits and harms of coffee, and have been for a long time. In each of those I read, one observation always comes up:drinking too much coffee cholesterol is skyrocketing.
Know that filtered coffee will be a lesser evil than boiled coffee, which is even worse to raise your cholesterol levels.
I encourage you now, if you are prone to cholesterol, to lower your consumption to 1 or 2 coffees maximum per day.
For other anti-cholesterol gestures, I refer you to this article that I had already written for your attention... Ah la la, how I take care of you!
Be nice, tell me in the comments what you are doing for your cholesterol.
