When the weekend rolls around, I like to sleep in and hang out in bed. Yes, but when Monday arrives, it's duuuuuuuuuur... So I organized a program that suits me perfectly and that gets me started on the right foot as soon as you wake up!
Between the end of dinner and bedtime, I take the time to prepare my clothes for the next day. It seems logical but it is often ignored, me the first. To avoid being tired when you wake up, you must have a regular sleep pattern and go to bed at a fixed time and before midnight. To relax before bedtime, once installed with my book in my bed, I systematically drink herbal tea. I strongly advise against sports and cerebral activity after dinner. I'm tired of TUT TUT TUT or the bawling of a singer I don't know when I wake up. On my laptop, I chose a little soft music and it's more enjoyable.
