Do your feet sweat a lot?
With closed shoes this is almost unavoidable.
The problem is that in addition to perspiration, bad smells arrive!
Fortunately, there is a simple and effective trick to regulate and slow down perspiration.
This little thing is a lemon foot bath recipe. You'll love it, and it costs next to nothing. Watch:
Contents
1. Infuse in a basin 2 tea bags in 2 liters of hot water.
2. Add the juice of 2 lemons.
3. When the bath has become lukewarm, soak your feet for 20 min.
4. Then dry your feet thoroughly.
There you go, now your feet hardly sweat anymore :-)
So no more bad smells! As a sportswoman, my little feet and my sneakers are delighted with it.
Repeat this treatment 3 days in a row the first time then treat yourself to a bath a week as a preventive measure.
Buying socks or shoes regularly because even the machine can't do anything about it, buying effective anti-perspiration products is expensive!
Better to buy a lemon and tea once in a while. It's still more economical!
