Epsom salt is a rich source of magnesium and other minerals that can be absorbed through the skin.

And it is precisely these minerals that will soothe pain and inflammation.

Epsom salt has recognized relaxing virtues. It helps to reduce stress, swelling and muscle pain.

But why stop on such a good path?

Just add baking soda to your foot bath for an additional exfoliating action.

It eliminates dead skin on the feet naturally.

Thanks to its detox action, it also helps to soothe tension and eliminate toxins.

In addition, the baking soda will remove bad odors. Very practical when your feet sweat!

It is also antifungal and will therefore have a beneficial action in case of toenail fungus.

And icing on the cake...

Peppermint essential oil.

You will quickly feel its anti-inflammatory properties and the cooling effect it provides.

It will also activate blood circulation. It brings real relief in case of heavy legs.

With these three simple ingredients, you can make your own 100% natural foot bath.
