- 200g rolled oats
- 25 cl of milk
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of lavender honey
1. Run a bath of lukewarm water.
2. Add all the ingredients.
3. Mix a little:the water should be slightly white.
4. Immerse yourself in your bath for 20 minutes to relax and unwind.
5. At the end of the bath, do not rinse. Gently wipe your skin.
There you go, your skin is now soft and perfectly hydrated :-)
