1. A carrot treatment for a radiant complexion

My cousin shows off because she lives in the South and is already getting her dream tan. But, she'll be surprised because I found the solution, even with this rain!

- 1 carrot

- olive oil

Go! Preparation in the kitchen now:

1. Grate the carrot.

2. Mix the grated carrot in olive oil. Mix well and wait for the oil to turn orange in color.

3. Once the oil has turned orange, strain through a strainer to remove the carrot pieces.

There you go, your carrot treatment is ready :-)

Very nourishing for the skin, you can put it daily, as long as desired. When the first rays of the sun appear, this mixture will have the effect of accentuating the tan very quickly.

How to keep it? In a small glass bottle, away from heat and humidity. It is best to leave it in the refrigerator, at most for a month.

Please note that this treatment does not protect against the sun at all. It is a tanning activator, which slightly tints the skin and multiplies its effectiveness under the effects of the sun.

So don't forget to protect yourself with sunscreen.

2. Sun capsules and tanning activators

It's well known that to tan faster, you have to produce more melanin (the pigment that colors our skin). This is exactly what tan activators do.

Thus, your skin prepares for the sun, it produces more melanin and the tan appears more quickly.

The sun capsules, to be used one month before leaving for the tropics, are real nutritional supplements that help the skin to tan.

Rich in vitamins A, C and E, they are great antioxidants that prevent skin aging.

3. Black tea self-tanner, my ally for tanned skin

There really isn't the slightest ray of sunshine... too bad, I'll still be tanned.

Black tea is a very good antioxidant and, thanks to the tannin it contains, gives me that coveted light caramel color.

You know, a bit like the traces it leaves at the bottom of our cup, a sign that it effectively colors everything it touches!

This recipe will cost you less than €1. When you think that a self-tanner sold in supermarkets costs at least 10 €, my thinking time is pretty quick!

4. I eat colored to pigment my skin

No secrets, to have pretty tanned skin, you have to eat very ripe fruits and vegetables, with pretty orange, red and yellow colors.

Why ? Because they help in the production of melanogenesis (responsible for this enzyme that colors our skin:melanin).

In addition, these fruits and vegetables are also perfect antioxidants, thus helping to fight against free radicals and leaving our skin looking younger and less wrinkled.

5. I mix DHA with my moisturizer

What is DHA? Presented in the form of a white powder, this natural component will color the upper layers of the epidermis without any health risk.

In addition, you don't need the accelerating effects of the sun to look good, only DHA is enough!

How to use it ? Daily, mix a little of this powder with your usual moisturizer.

To find out the exact proportions, go to Aroma-zone.com where you can get a small 10 g bottle for 3.5 €, which will be more than enough to be beautiful and tanned all season long!

When do we notice the effects? After 2 hours, the skin is already beginning to tint slightly.

The effects can be seen to intensify during the 24 hours following its use. When used daily in your day cream, your skin's tan will gradually intensify.

The advantage over another self-tanner is that the DHA is water resistant.

Be careful, DHA does not have the effect of accelerating the production of melanin, it simply colors the skin and therefore absolutely does not protect you from the sun.

Only sunscreens with an index greater than 20 will protect you from UVA, UVB and infrared rays, responsible for aging and skin diseases.
