And There you go ! You now know how to make a homemade scrub to have very soft skin :-)

Easy, fast and effective, right?

Your skin is well exfoliated and it's as if you had brand new skin!

The skin is rid of its impurities and ingrown hairs can come out without any problem.

The advantage of this scrub is that it can be used both on the body and on the face.

Additional advice

Perform this scrub once every 2 weeks.

You can also replace the fine salt with coarse salt, but then the scrub is a little harder.

It is therefore preferable to use it for less fragile areas such as the legs, feet and elbows.

Do not apply this scrub on irritated skin or with small wounds:it will sting! In this case, rinse thoroughly.

Also avoid the eye area.

Lemon is photosensitizing, so avoid using this beauty trick before getting a tan!

Why does it work?

Salt naturally eliminates impurities that clog the pores of the skin, while purifying it.

Lemon disinfects and purifies the skin. It stimulates it and forces its regeneration.

Rinse with cool water to properly close the pores of the skin.
