Do you also have that feeling that you have to go to the bathroom all day long? On average you urinate six to eight times a day, but especially women urinate much more often. Spend less time on the toilet? There's a handy trick for that. Let's explain…
In English it is called "double voiding". Instead of emptying your bladder once, you empty it twice with every toilet visit.
1. Sit on the toilet as relaxed as possible and lean forward slightly
2. Relax your hands and your arms
3. When urinating, try to empty your bladder as much as possible
4. Then sit still for a while and move your hips back and forth for a count of twenty
5. Then lean even further forward, relax your body and pee out the last drops
The advantage is not only that you have to urinate less often, it also seems to be good against bladder infections.
