Getting motivated is a common motivator when hiring a personal trainer. Unfortunately, we have to tell you right off the bat that no one else can motivate you. However, your personal trainer can give you tools to continue exercising, even if your motivation is low. Because believe us, that applies to all of us every now and then. The important thing is to be persistent and do that workout, even if it feels hard. Then motivation often returns.
• Make a plan for the week. How should you start your daily exercise, when and what should you eat and what kind of sport do you want to do?
• Book a workout in the calendar and determine in advance which session you will run.
• Provide ready-made workouts to take to the gym, then you know what to do even when motivation is gone.
• Prepare an alternative workout to perform in case of lack of time.
• Make sure you have lunch boxes in the freezer. Then you've taken cooking out of the equation.
• Eat a snack when you know you'll be hungry before a workout.
In short, it's about always being one step ahead and planning. Then you have a lot for free when you run out of motivation.
Good luck!
