New corona measures will apply from Wednesday 14 April at 10 pm. But which is also very useful:there is now a road map that states which corona measures are being taken per phase.
New measures
Just a small summary of the most important new measures that will apply from tonight from 10 pm for the duration of 4 weeks:
- Catering and restaurants will close. Hotels may continue to serve their guests food and catering facilities at funeral homes and airports will also remain open after the security check.
- No alcohol may be sold in stores or online after 8 p.m. It is also forbidden to consume alcohol in public after 8 pm.
- Shopping evenings are cancelled. Almost all shops have to close at 8pm. Only supermarkets are allowed to stay open longer.
- It is allowed to collect food.
- Team sports are no longer allowed above the age of 18. It is possible to exercise individually or with a maximum of 4 people.
- No more competitions under the age of 18, but training is allowed. Mutual matches of the same club are also allowed.
- Sports cafeterias, showers and changing rooms are closed.
- Gyms remain open.
- You can receive a maximum of 3 people at home and only 1 x a day, so no more 'block birthdays', as Prime Minister Mark Rutte called it. So not aunts and uncles in the morning and grandparents in the afternoon and friends in the evening.
- Outside and inside (not at home) you can come together with a maximum of 4 people from different households.
- Mouth masks in public areas will be mandatory. This has not yet been legally established, but it is being worked on. Until then, mouth caps are urgently advised.
Useful:a roadmap
In order to gain insight into the longer term, a roadmap has been drawn up in which it is clear in which phase which measures will be taken. This way it is clear to everyone and there is no longer any discussion.
