You think you give your child a healthy snack? Then you are probably very wrong!
Children's rights organization UNICEF says after researching 2,000 products that no less than 70 percent contain too much sugar, salt or saturated fat or too little fiber. The main focus was on products in childlike packaging or with 'baby' or 'kids' on it, or which are often given as a snack before ten o'clock or school break.

When it comes to desserts, it's even worse. Unicef research shows that not a single children's dessert meets the five-step requirement as prescribed by the Nutrition Center. For example, there is far too much sugar in children's desserts.
Also breakfast cereals are not good for our children. There is too much sugar in everything.
