The part of the brain that started to do less turns out to be the same part of the brain that slows down with mental overload, reports Welinlichtingekringen.nl.
It is not yet entirely clear to the researchers why this part of the brain slows down, but they did come to the conclusion that too much exercise is not healthy for both body and mind.
