Make sure it stays that way by continuing to prioritize. Sleep, relaxation and time with family and friends should be at the top of that list.
Do you have too much stress?
Stress has a major impact on your health and that is just one reason to intervene immediately if you notice that you are under too much stress. Find out what stresses you out. If the problem is at work, point out to your manager that it is becoming too much for you. Also, try to make more time for relaxation, maybe even meditation, and activities that give you energy. Will stress remain a problem? Then visit your doctor.
